- In the United States, our shipping rates for products vary based on their weight and dimensions. Some products, such as those that are oversized, heavy, or require freight shipping, have a specific shipping fee displayed in the shopping cart.
- In certain cases, shipping management may be handled by FedEx, UPS, or USPS. For additional states and territories in the United States, the shipping fee may be higher.
- We ship items from Monday to Friday within 24 hours of payment, provided the requested product is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or major holidays in the United States, except by prior agreement. We cannot guarantee the exact delivery date; please consider the shipping time as an estimate.
- Please note that if you discover an error before receiving a purchased item or upon receiving it, and determine that the requested item is incorrect or not what you wanted, notify us directly as soon as possible.

Refund policy : If you purchase a product like a chair, bed, or autoclave for delivery to any of these locations (Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or Alaska), and no agreement is reached for special delivery, your money will be refunded. However, the fees charged by payment platforms for receiving and returning the money will be deducted from the refund.
