Most reimbursements are completely processed and refunded within 5-8 days after we receive and handle your return. Please note that a Chargeback Fee will be applied, corresponding to the amount charged by the payment platform, which will be deducted from the total refund amount for the order.

However, if the product has already been shipped, the cancellation will be treated as a return, and applicable return policies (restocking fee + shipping) will be applied.
You also have the option to refuse the delivery upon receipt. In this case, the standard return policy for the item will apply, and we will deduct the return shipping costs from your refund credit.
